Job Description:
General
1)Stay updated on all policies, memos,procedures, specials and promotions, etc.
2)Attend and participate in daily briefingsand other meetingsas scheduled
3)Report to the Preparation kitchenSous-chef/Head chef any required BOH maintenance issues
4)Respect safety and hygiene of Delicious Food premises
5)Respect grooming standards
6)Maintain a favorable relationship with all Delicious Food employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximizing employee morale, productivity and efficiency
Daily Duties
1) All duty schedules in the butcherysection – assist the ButcherChef/Assistant Chef, clean.
2) Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
3) Maintaining the highest possiblehygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
4) Conduct daily checks on the qualityand freshness of products
5) Can work in cold environments.
6) Prepared to lift heavyitems
7) Able to stand or walk for extending periods.
8) Uses butchery tools to cut, grind,tie, and preparemeets for customers.
9) Cleans the meat preparation counter to avoidcontamination of the meat.
10) Perform daily work and responsibility as per time required.
Work Experience Requirement
1) Previous experience as Butcher Commie.
Education requirements
High school degreepreferred
