Department: Operations – Production


Qualifications Requirements:


Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in food technology, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role within FMCG (preferably Meat Processing).


Skills:Strong leadership and performance management abilities.

Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, MS Word, Excel, and Access etc.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Sound knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, and food handling standards.

Physically fit and medically cleared for food handling.

Willing to work extended hours and on shifting schedules.
